Submission process

To submit a paper, you must register on ConfTool and submit a dhc-file created using FidusWriter for peer review. FidusWriter is currently being set up and will be available from the beginning of June.

In addition, a short abstract of the submission of approximately 100–150 words must be entered into ConfTool.

Submissions that are in the nature of regular, permanently citable short publications will be published both in the DHd Association’s Zenodo Community (individually and in the conference proceedings) and, together with the short abstracts, on the conference website and in the conference programme. To create a paper via FidusWriter, log in to FidusWriter using the same account details as in ConfTool. Once you have created a paper in ConfTool, you can click on “Synchronise with ConfTool” in the FidusWriter interface after logging in, so that your paper is displayed in FidusWriter and can be written collaboratively. This also applies to all co-authors listed in ConfTool. Please note that you need a validated ConfTool account to log in to FidusWriter. Instructions on how to use FidusWriter can be found here.

Documentation is available for using FidusWriter (video and text). If you have any questions about using FidusWriter, please contact dhd-fiduswriter-support[at]uni-koeln.de.
